A webinar on the topic "ICT Tools for Online Teaching and Learning" was held on 12/2/2022 at 2:00 PM through google meet. Mrs. Lakshmi C.B. was the resource person who was invited to engage the webinar. The organizers of the webinar were the Principal, Prof. Jayanthi, Commerce and Management HOD Mrs. Kokila and BCA Dept. HOD Mr. Vinod.

Mrs. Lakshmi C.B. has 5+ years of experience in the Teaching field serving various institutions as an Assistant Professor. Currently, she is the Coordinator of the Department of Computer Applications at St. Francis De Sales College, Bengaluru.

The webinar was hosted by Mr. Prabhanjan, Assistant Professor, GRV BMA who gave an introduction about GRV, various courses offered by the institution, and introduced the resource person to all the participants.

Lecturers from GRV and lot many colleges had attended the webinar in a colossal number to imbibe all the knowledge.

The event started with a precise introduction by Mrs. Lakshmi about all the technologies which can be implemented in the classroom to make teaching simple and comprehensible.

She started the event by talking about Jam Board, its uses, and the ease with which it can be used. Further, she introduced and gave a detailed explanation about Google Slides, Google Sheets. She talked about the various steps involved in creating certificates which is a vital part of any official function or a competition. She explained about whiteboards its used and its techniques. She gave all the participants detailed information about canva.com and quiz sheets which can be implemented in creating quizzes for all the students to ensure that they are studying effectively. She conducted a quiz at the later stage of the webinar to make the participants fully understand the information shared.

All the participants were able to soak in the information well and gave overwhelming feedbacks for her session. The information she delivered was comprehensible and simple. If implemented properly, it could make the online classes and regular classes much more interesting, informative, and understandable for the students.

The session was concluded by a vote of thanks and all the participants were handed over with their participation E-certificates.
