In the era of rapid technological advancement, Artificial Intelligence is transforming every industry and career path. To equip students with future-ready skills and insights, the Department of Management, MBA, GRV Business Management Academy organized a webinar titled "AI in Career Launchpad" on 16th July 2026. The objective of the webinar was to create awareness among MBA students about how AI is reshaping job roles, recruitment processes, and career opportunities across sectors.

The webinar featured Ms. Ekta Agarwal, Eagleye HRD – Dubai Based Co. She brought in both technical expertise and management perspective to the session. The session covered the following key areas:

• AI and Future of Work: The speaker explained how AI is automating repetitive tasks and creating new roles like AI Product Manager, Prompt Engineer, and Data Analyst.
• AI Tools for Career Growth: Live demonstration of tools like ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI, Resume Builders, and AI-powered interview prep platforms was given.
• AI in HR & Recruitment: Insights on how companies use AI for resume screening, candidate assessment, and employee engagement were shared.
• Skills required for 2026 and Beyond: Emphasis was laid on skills like AI Literacy, Critical Thinking, Data Analysis, and Human-AI Collaboration.
• Career Opportunities for MBA Students: The speaker highlighted opportunities in Business Analytics, AI-driven Marketing, Fintech, and AI Product Management for management graduates.

By the end of the session, students were able to understand the impact of AI on various management domains. They have learned practical AI tools to enhance their resume and interview preparation and got insights on identifying new career paths and upskilling opportunities in AI. Students actively participated and asked questions on “Will AI replace jobs?”, “How to learn AI with non-tech background?”. The session was found to be very informative and applicable by the students. It provided clarity, confidence, and a practical action plan for the students to leverage AI in their career journey.
