MSMEx webinar of Inspiring stories was held on 27th November 2021 to 30th November 2021. It was organized by Dayananda Sagar College. The main agenda was to bring awareness of schemes and benefits provided by MSMEx as well as the schemes provided by government of India through MSMEx to the entrepreneurs. Stories about MSMEx commencement and their experience were shared too. Chief Guest was Sri Gopinath, Assistant Director, MSME-DI, GOI. Webinar was conducted virtually through Zoom application.

The first day of the event was conducted on 27/11/2021 in auditorium from 11:00am to 1:30pm where they shared how MSMEx displayed various videos. Directors and members of MSMEx shared their experience and also shared stories about the entrepreneurs who contacted MSMEx and how they were benefited from MSMEx schemes. Speakers for the day were Sri Gopinath, Chief Guest, followed by G.R. Akadas, Director at MSME Development Institute. He shared his experience in MSME. Further, Suman S. Raj, Assistant Director - Mechanical at MSME DI GOI shared the experiences of their clients (entrepreneurs) who were benefited by contacting MSME where they were trained and were given ideas to start their company (Some of the companies started are Koko Boost Energy Bars - Thejaswi S., Authentic Spices Blends - Poojitha Prasad, etc.). Finally, Akshatha Kiyas director of successful entrepreneur spoke a few words and guided all the students about how to overcome and face the challenges and how to move ahead with the internal and external problems faced by the organization. From this session students gained knowledge about how MSMEx is helping its clients to get registered with MSMEx and other government schemes. Stories and experiences guided students to open up with their ideas and to start up.

On the same day at 4:00pm to 5:30pm MSMEx inspiring stories was delivered by Manish Joshi, Founder and CEO at Zigyasaw Creation Pvt. Ltd. He shared his experience about how the company was started, how successful he got funding proposal in less than 1 year. He mentioned about the problems faced by them at beginning and how they over came the problems. Question and answer session was also conducted and ideas were shared about how to start an organization.

On 28th November 2021, the session was continued by an inspiring story from Sachin Agarwal, Director of Active Power Corp. He shared his experience of the company about how it started and how he increased distribution business from 10k to 100cr revenue and also gave information about how to increase the revenue, how to invest. All the financial techniques which can be uses in the organization were explained in the session and how to deal with funds was thought.

On 29th November 2021, Raj Kumar Kamat, Founder and Managing Director of EP Kamat Group started the session by inspiring the students. He shared the problem he faced while he was starting his company. Most of the problems were internal how they overcame and dealt with such problems. Question and answer session was conducted. He explained the students about how to plan and motivated them through his stories. He further explained about how to design a successful model in few months.

Last session was conducted on 30th November 2021 with inspiring story by Paresh Meruliya founder of Creedx Composities Pvt.Ltd. He shared his experience as an employee in organization and how he planned to start up a business, how he was motivated by his working experience and how he was able to overcome all the problems faced.

Entire session was carried out by Vivek Trivedi, host of MSME team. Mr. Amit Kumar took initiation to this program in brining all the experts to explain about building the entrepreneurship which further takes the nation to the next level.

Entire program was usefull in motivating students by sharing the experts experience in their companies. MSMEx gave a chance for students to come forward to share their idea and MSMEx also encouraged the interested students to get registered to start a new start-up business.
