GRV Business Management Academy in collaboration with Vervve Academy had organized an Industrial Visit to Airport for BBA Aviation Students on 20th October 2023 around 12pm. The students were accompanied by faculty Ms. Divya Kaveriappa. Mr. Subramaniyam Shetty (Head Operations Airport) greeted our students in Terminal 2 with welcome kit. Mr. Subramaniyam Shetty explained about the four guiding principles that have influenced the design and architecture of the new Terminal T2 of Kempegowda International Airport terminal are a garden, sustainability, technology and art and culture. He explained about boarding area and procedures for International and Domestic. He also explained various functional areas of Airport. Students were given information about arrival and baggage and explained six level of scanning. Students were given thorough knowledge about baggage makeup area and baggage broken area.

Airport Authority had also organized a question and answer session for the students regarding the visit and the best answer prize was bagged by Mirza Ali and Avia Austin from 5th Semester BBA Aviation. Students thoroughly enjoyed the visit and they were back with knowledge about Airport and its functioning. This visit gave practical insight to the students.
