The Department of English GRV Business Management Academy successfully conducted the guest lecture on "Mastering Interactive Skills moving beyond Cognitive Biases" by resource person Dr Sunitha Sastry on 17 September, 2026. The event aimed to provide students insight into what people judge about you through your communicative skills in interviews.

Dr Sunitha Sastry has worked as an associate professor in the Department of English in Jain college. She served as principal in Brooklyn national public school and worked as SGM public school and SGM English school principal. She worked as tutor for vision 4U Academy. She is Ph. D in English from Jain University. She has presented many research papers. She has been awarded Best paper presenter at Bhartiar University

She delivered an interesting and informative lecture sharing her expertise and experiences. She gave tasks to the students which they did happily. She talked about social background, educational background and building up confidence. She gave students practical approach to the right handling of situations.

The event provided a valuable learning experience broadening students vision. The guest lecture was a huge success benefitting students and faculty. It fostered a deeper understanding and its relevance in today's competitive world.
