The Department of English GRV Business Management Academy successfully conducted the guest lecture on "Enhancing employability skills through language learning" by Dr.Kathyayini on 19 November 2025. The event aimed to provide students with insight into employability skills.

Dr. Kathyayini is an associate professor in the Department of English at Jain College, Vasavi Road, Bangalore. She earned her doctoral degree from Jain University.

She delivered an engaging and informative lecture sharing her expertise and experiences. The lecture covered reading, writing, listening speaking skills. She talked about editing and how one can create content writing and blog writing. How students are getting job opportunities as script writers and how subtitle writing in important. There was the question-answer session and students actively participate in the question-answer session, showing keen interest in the topic.

The event provided a valuable learning experience broadening students understanding of topic.

The guest lecture was a huge success benefiting students and faculty alike. It fostered a deeper understanding and it's relevance in today's context.
