The Be10x AI Tools and ChatGPT workshop was held on 15th February 2026 through an online Zoom meeting by IIT Kharagpur alumni Mr. Aditya Kachave and Mr. Aditya Goenka the visionary founders of Be10x. The workshop is a 3 hour live session designed to equip professionals with practical AI skills, focusing on tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Notebook LM, Whisper Flow AI and Excel integrators. The workshop covers prompt engineering, AI technologies, and automation techniques.

The session was led by both the host simultaneously which has provided our students with detailed insights related to AI tools and its usage to save 4-8 hrs with smart work in routine job.

The workshop concluded with offering a practical learning platform for their practice and suggested ways to score 36-40 LPA jobs in renowned multinational companies inside and outside the country. They have also provided links related to the tools they shown so that participants can learn to apply AI tools to real-world scenarios, enhancing productivity and skill development. The workshop emphasizes active participation, with hands on activities and collaborative problem-solving.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks referring toward the participants for attending the workshop and getting a handful experience.
