As part of the Narica Fellowship a Young Indian Program, students of GRV Business Management Academy actively participated in Awareness Drive on Menstrual Hygiene, held across different schools in first week of September to promote health education and social responsibility.
The initiative covered GRV Public School, Allwin Public School, and Twinkle Stars School, where interactive sessions were conducted, focusing particularly on spreading awareness among girl students regarding menstrual hygiene, health practices, and breaking societal taboos.
The entire campaign was led by a dedicated team of student coordinators - Ms. Madiha Khushnuma (B.Com, 5th Semester) and Ms. Aishwarya (BCA, 5th Semester), who successfully guided the team in planning and executing the sessions effectively.
The awareness program was well-received by the students and teachers of all the schools. It not only helped young girls gain knowledge and confidence but also highlighted the importance of community engagement and youth-driven initiatives.
Through this meaningful outreach activity, GRV BMA students showcased their commitment towards creating a healthier and more informed society, aligning with the vision of Young India in empowering the youth to lead positive change.
