The Best Manager Event was held to know the ability, capability, utility, skill & knowledge of undergraduate students in order to access their leadership quality.

This event consisted of four rounds.

First Round:
Business Skill on 26/02/2018, 45 students participated from BCOM, BBA & BCA. Different unique items were made by students from the waste material. Judges for this round, Mr. Nagaraj Kini & Mrs. Lakshmama.

Second Round:
Group Discussion on 27/02/2018, 28 students participated in five groups. Each group were given different topics like Women are Better Manager, Entrepreneur Born or Made, Business & Ethics go Together, etc. Judges for this round, Ms. Sunantra & Mr. Rajesh.

Third Round:
Product Launch on 02/03/2018, 20 students participated in four groups. Each group launched different products like Mobile Phone, Construction Machine, Aloe Vera Gel Soap, etc. Judge for this round, Mrs. Megha.

Fourth Round:
Stress Interview on 03/03/2018, 12 students participated. Questions were asked to check patience level, and to evaluate the behavior of students under stress by trying to evoke emotional reaction from them. External judge for this round, Mr. Anish Dhakal (HR & Financial Analyst in ANZ Bank) & Mr. Nagaraj Kini.

There was elimination based on the judgement given by judges at the end of each round. All Rounds were conducted in Auditorium.

Best Manager will be selected from the final round of the event.
