An M.Com, PGDBM and FICWA with an experience of 13 years as a faculty of Finance, Control & Policy at IIM-Bangalore. He has also worked as a part time faculty in IIT, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies at Mumbai, and Christ College Institute of Management, Alliance Business Academy, MP Birla Institute of Management at Bangalore. Presently a Director, Strategic Management and Corporate Advisory Services & Part time consultant to Price Waterhouse in the area of Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances. He has participated in more than 300 seminars in India & abroad the last 30 years.

Dr. CLN Prakash
Dr. CLN Prakash is a Ph D in English Literature and teaches Business Communication and Life Skills at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is very closely associated with British Council, India and is a resource expert in Life Skills area. He is amongst the few selected by the British High Commissioner to India to participate in the 'English for masses' program funded by the UK Government. He has conducted several Executive Development Programs with the leading corporates like Infosys, Accenture, Birla 3M, Ernst & Young, WIPRO, Wrigley, Coca Cola India, Airtel and others.

Dr.Amar Dara
Dr.Amar Dara is a Professor in Clinical Pyschology and Human Behavior at St Johns Medical College, Bangalore. Dr. Dara did his MBBS from St Johns Medical College, Bangalore, MD from AIIMS- New Delhi and Ph.D in Clinical Pyschology from Cambridge, UK. He has a teaching experience of over 35 years. He is an acknowledged expert in the area of clinical psychology and behavioral sciences in India.
